I know, I know. We’re all in high gear getting ready for bikini season. And we’re getting pretty sore from our supersonic workouts.
I know I am, at least. Fitmixer Boot Camp is no cakewalk (in a good way). With each daily boot camp routine, I learn new moves and I feel a little stronger. It feels so good to tone up post-surgery and get some muscle tone back. But with the muscle tone, I’m getting soreness.

love that they changed it from the gel tube to the deodorant stick also – great idea & much more “usable” .. I would def be using it for my quads & hams, they have seen better & less sore days!

I started this killer workout this past weekend and wish I had this handy. My hammies, my arms and my quads are super sore.

I just ran a half marathon on Saturday and this stuff sounds heavenly about now!
The fact that I have chronic back pain from scoliosis surgery when I was a teenager has left me in pain after each workout. I can definitely attest this being put to good use if I was to win!

I would use this after body pump, especially since I had to take a week off due to illness, been really sore getting back into the swing of things. I would love the gel during my training (and post race) for the Army 10-miler this October as well.

I would use after taking a Barre class. These classes seem easy, especially to someone who use to dance for 14 years; but dang they hurt. The little pulses for what seem like hours (even though they are only a few minutes) are killer!

Once I saw the picture I thought “dude I’m so buying that.” I’m trying out crossfit in June, so I know it’ll come in handy. Stupid traumeel sucks for sore muscles (okay it’s not stupid. it’s good for friction burns and bruises). Point being, I am SO getting it.
I will definitely be using this muscle-soothing gel right after running. I have major chafing and sunburn going on over here and it makes running extra unpleasant.

hii. I just recently got a personal trainer and i would for sure use bengay for after my workouts. whih sometimes leave me soo sore i can barley climb the stairs in my house. a good sore though
My CALVES!! ahh, they’ve been KILLER these past two days after a leg workout (that I thought was easy-peasy at the time..BOY WAS I WRONG)! I’m also training for my first full marathon and this would definitely come in handy!

i have become religious about icing after a hard run or workout because i notice the difference in my muscle recovery. i’ve also noticed that doing a yoga class the day after a long run helps me recover way faster and minimizes soreness! but i do sure love bengay

ahhh love bengay and tiger balm stuff! I’d definitely use it for when I wake up crooked, or if I lift too heavy. Oh! recently I started spinning and I’ll definitely put this to good use!
