The Remedy for Sore Muscles [giveaway]

May 31, 2012 · 308 comments

I know, I know. We’re all in high gear getting ready for bikini season. And we’re getting pretty sore from our supersonic workouts.

I know I am, at least. Fitmixer Boot Camp is no cakewalk (in a good way). With each daily boot camp routine, I learn new moves and I feel a little stronger. It feels so good to tone up post-surgery and get some muscle tone back. But with the muscle tone, I’m getting soreness.

I guess the people at BENGAY® knew what was going on over here. They sent me their new product to try, BENGAY® Zero Degrees. I have already used it a handful of times, and I’m a big fan of the new design. The pain reliever gel now comes in a deodorant-like dispenser, so I can skip getting the gel all over my hands. Who else remembers slathering their legs with BENGAY® for high school sports and smelling like a spearmint for 12 hours? I do. It wasn’t pretty, and I actually like that smell. This new formula has a vanishing scent, so you can skip the stench.

BENGAY®’s claim that the Menthol Pain Relieving Gel with PRO-COOL™ technology last for hours is also true. I felt the relieving tingly sensation long after I applied the gel to my sore quads, and I’m a big fan of the way it numbed and refreshed my sore muscles. Running on top of boot camp is no joke, and BENGAY® is getting me through. I throw mine in the freezer for the added cooling effect, too, and I highly recommend it.

You need this little addition to your gym bag. Pain relief, no mess, and no strong smell. What’s not to love?

And two of you will add this to your gym bag. Along with a bag of goodies to get you through your summer workouts.

WHAT? Yes.

A Karina Smirnoff DanceFIT DVD, a BENGAY® towel, John Frieda Collection Luxurious Volume Anytime Volume Refresher Dry Spray Shampoo, scünci hair ties, and the BENGAY® Zero Degrees pain soothing gel all in a drawstring BENGAY® bag. Don’t try and act like you’re not psyched.

Just tell me in a comment below for what what you think you’ll be using this trusty little muscle-soothing gel.

For extra entries, noting in separate comments below, you may:

This giveaway is open to all U.S. residents. Two winners will be randomly chosen on Monday, June 4.

i’m in NYC for the summer and looking forward to getting lots of walking and running in, which is already leaving me with sore legs, so this would be great!

I’m taking advantage of the nice summer weather by running, biking, and hiking outside. My hamstrings are so sore!

ahhh love bengay and tiger balm stuff! I’d definitely use it for when I wake up crooked, or if I lift too heavy. Oh! recently I started spinning and I’ll definitely put this to good use! :D
