Who remembers this gem? THANK YOOU, Simple Plan.
I must have an addictive personality. When I love something, I love it hard. And I don’t give up on it until I’ve exhausted it.
This little detail used to bug the crap out of my mother. I would find a new cereal or candy I loved growing up, Mom would find it on sale and buy 8 boxes, and I’d go through 3 in a day and never want to eat that variety ever again.
This would be why why I can’t stomach Airheads to this day. Too many summer days at the pool shoveling them into my mouth and making them look like tongues.
It happens. Sorry, Mom.
Anyway, as of late, I’m addicted to the following:
- The Draw Something App
Yep. Me, too. I’m a sucker for pictionary games. I urge you, if you haven’t, download Draw Something. And feel free to start up a game with me (username aBLYSSa) just so you can see how sicknasty my drawing talent truly is. I did draw a Vitamix for Lindsay, after all.
How do you guys like that Katniss braid? I’ve always been pretty fantastic with hair.
Clearly, I take special pride in my celebrities.
- I told you the other day I had a small Andy Grammer epiphany, and I still just can’t get enough. I’m so obsessive I just replaced “Faster” by Matt Nathanson with “Fine by Me” for my ringtone.
That’s some serious stuff.
Sigh. Sing it to me.
- Since when have I worn hats running? I used to be so anti-hats. Now I love those, too, especially my new Team Refuel hat. They have been a staple for me for nighttime cooler weather running.
And that handy dandy little ice pack is perfect for my shin. Aw, yeah!
- My new Lifeproof iPhone case. For some reason, I’m a little worried about my beloved little iPhone during my runs. I wanted a case that would protect it without turning it into a bulky brick. If I wanted a bulky phone, I would have gotten a droid. Sorry, I’m very biased. Don’t try to convince me otherwise.
It’s waterproof, mudproof, concrete-proof… uh, well, lifeproof. I honestly think it’s worth the extra cost for the less bulk.
- This delightful almost-Spring weather. Please don’t make it ever stop. It makes me think of long, happy runs outside, beach season, and baseball.
Bradleys’ ready for Phils season.
